1. Operator

Anorah is currently operated by its founder before formal incorporation. If operation of the service is later transferred to a legal entity, these terms may be updated to reflect that change.

2. Eligibility and use of the service

Anorah provides web-based software for voice interaction, account management, memory-related features, and related digital services. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login method, and activity that occurs through your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Anorah to break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
• Do not abuse, harass, or threaten other people through the service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, spam, or malicious automated traffic.
• Do not misuse the service to impersonate others, generate fraud, or evade product limits.

5. AI limitations

Anorah is an AI system and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. It is not a human, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service, and it must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or crisis decisions.

6. Paid access, renewals, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions, minute packages, or other digital access products, when offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Access may be suspended or limited if payment fails, a charge is reversed, or a subscription is canceled.

7. Suspension and termination

Anorah may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or abuse risk, expose the service to legal liability, or misuse paid features.

8. Intellectual property

The Anorah website, software, visual interface, and branding remain the property of Anorah or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service, not ownership of the service itself.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anorah disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to the service or terms

Anorah is an evolving product. Features, limits, integrations, pricing, and these terms may change over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
