Refund Policy

This policy explains how Anorah handles refunds for subscriptions and usage-based purchases.

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation applies to future billing periods and does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

2. First-time subscription refund requests

If this is your first Anorah subscription purchase and you believe the product did not work as described, you may contact us within 7 days of the initial charge. We may review and issue a refund at our discretion, especially where paid usage was minimal.

3. Additional minutes and digital usage purchases

Voice-minute top-ups and other digital access purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or used, except where required by law, where there was a duplicate charge, or where a technical failure prevented the purchased access from being provided.

4. Billing mistakes and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@anorah.ai within 14 days of the charge with the email used for purchase and a short description of the issue.

5. Local law

If consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction gives you additional refund rights, those rights continue to apply regardless of this policy.
